Official SACE Benchmark Interface

One authoritative view of SACE Index.

SACE App makes it easy to follow the SACE Index and understand how the collective performance of its 21 selected African constituent currencies compares with the normalized U.S. Dollar Index (DXY), a measure of the dollar against major global currencies. Whether you are assessing SACE for an institution or exploring a currency benchmark for the first time, the SACE App gives you a clear view of its on-chain updates, constituent currencies, market status, governance, official token and available market access.

How to read the benchmark summary

Both displayed levels share a starting value of 100. The SACE Index is the published benchmark level measuring the collective performance of the 21 selected African currencies, while Normalized DXY provides the U.S. Dollar Index comparison on the same starting scale. At the latest verified publication, the SACE Index is and Normalized DXY is .

SACE vs. DXY: compares how much SACE moved with how much DXY moved during the active chart period. It is not the numerical difference between their displayed levels. A negative figure means SACE performed less strongly than DXY during that period; a positive figure means SACE performed more strongly.

In simple terms, SACE can remain slightly ahead from the common starting point while DXY performs better during the latest SACE. Both statements can therefore be true at the same time.

Testnet disclosure: BNB Smart Chain Testnet only. The DXY reference is controlled, synthetic and provisional; it is not licensed ICE data. Displayed observations are non-production and are not market quotations, investment recommendations or simulated historical values.

Benchmark Overview

What SACE measures—and what it does not.

SACE consolidates the governed performance of 21 selected African national currencies into one benchmark and compares the SACE Index with a normalized DXY reference. It is an FX benchmark, not a complete measure of Africa's economic output, banking system or sovereign credit conditions.

01 · Constituents

Twenty-one currencies

The methodology contains exactly 21 selected African national currencies. Their approved weights total 10,000 basis points, and the published SACE economic framework attributes an aggregate reference value exceeding $2.3 trillion USD to the constituent economies.

02 · Reference

Normalized against DXY

A rising relative SACE level indicates SACE strength against the normalized dollar reference; a falling level indicates relative underperformance.

03 · Publication

On-chain observations

Each benchmark observation records its methodology version, inputs hash, observation time and publication sequence on BNB Smart Chain.

04 · Governance

Role-separated controls

Governance, methodology, guardian and correction functions are assigned to separately addressed Safe authorities within the testnet deployment.

05 · Integrity

No synthetic history

The public interface shows observed canonical publications only. It does not manufacture missed observations or substitute unavailable data.

06 · Access

Benchmark plus token layer

The benchmark publication system and the BEP-20 SACE token are related parts of the framework but remain separately identifiable and independently verifiable.

Constituent Framework

Centralized Exchange Access

Verified venues, clear status and controlled expansion.

P2B is the planned initial centralized-exchange venue for SACE. A venue should be treated as active only after SACE Index and the exchange publish a matching official listing notice and verified market link.

Future CEX Listings

Additional verified venues

Future centralized exchanges may be added to broaden regulated access, liquidity and geographic coverage. No future venue is official until its name, status and direct market link appear through verified SACE channels.

Participant Controls

Verify before transacting

Confirm the exchange domain, SACE contract address, supported network, market pair, deposit availability and withdrawal availability. Complete exchange KYC where required and assess legal availability in your jurisdiction.

Listing-status control: “Planned” does not mean live trading. SACE App will identify a venue as live only after matching official notices can be independently verified. Exchange admission does not guarantee liquidity, price stability, continuous market availability or future performance.

Token & Wallet Verification

One SACE ecosystem. One SACE token. One official BEP-20 contract.

The SACE token is deployed on BNB Smart Chain. The token contract below is separate from the benchmark's current testnet oracle contract and should be verified before wallet import, transfer or exchange deposit.

SACE Token

Explore SACE Token to learn how to buy SACE, verify its official on-chain identity, understand its role within the SACE ecosystem, and review the separate long-term structures planned for the SACE African Currency ETF and SACE Token ETP.

Wallet import controls

  • Activate BNB Smart Chain in a compatible wallet.
  • Copy the contract only from an official SACE source.
  • Confirm token symbol SACE and 18 decimals.
  • Maintain BNB for applicable network fees.
  • Never send assets to the benchmark oracle or governance addresses.
  • Reject unsolicited contract addresses and impersonating support accounts.

Methodology & Governance

Visible controls behind the published benchmark.

The current testnet deployment uses a non-upgradeable benchmark implementation with governed methodology, emergency controls, correction authority and a 7,200-second governance timelock.

Testnet governance disclosure: The Safe addresses are separated by role, but during testnet evaluation they each use a 1-of-1 signing threshold and currently share the same controlling signer. Production deployment requires independently governed multisignature authorities, production-grade data-source arrangements and the applicable governance notice period.

About SACE

An African FX benchmark built for transparent digital infrastructure.

SACE Index was founded by Simon Kapenda in October 2025 and is operated by SACE Index, LLC. as part of the broader Abba Industries ecosystem.

SACE Index is a blockchain-native benchmark referencing 21 selected African national currencies. It is designed to provide a consolidated, verifiable reference for observing African-currency performance relative to a normalized dollar benchmark.

The SACE framework combines a benchmark publication layer, governed methodology, on-chain evidence, a BEP-20 digital instrument and a controlled market-access framework. These elements are presented separately so that users can distinguish benchmark observations, token identity, governance controls and exchange availability.

For full institutional background, newsroom notices, technical architecture and public documentation, visit sacex.io.

Important Notice

Benchmark character, market-access boundaries and risk.

This App provides benchmark information, verification references and exchange-status information. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation or guarantee of market access.

Benchmark interpretation

SACE-versus-DXY movement reflects the relative performance of the SACE Index against the normalized DXY reference. It does not independently measure Africa's total economic growth, sovereign credit quality or banking-system strength.

Testnet limitation

Current benchmark observations are non-production BNB Smart Chain Testnet publications. The DXY reference is controlled, synthetic and provisional and is not licensed ICE data.

Exchange risk

A planned or announced CEX listing is not live trading. Exchange availability, liquidity, market pairs, deposits, withdrawals, KYC and jurisdictional access are controlled by each exchange and may change.

No ownership or guarantee

SACE does not provide ownership of the underlying currencies, deposits, reserves, equities, funds, sovereign assets or constituent economies. No benchmark level, token price, liquidity or future performance is guaranteed.
